You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you would like to return something, and another 14 days to send it back. Unworn, with tags on, in its original packaging — and we will refund you or swap it for a different size.

Anything you customise — e.g. names, initials or numbers — is produced to your specification and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or a wrong size. Nothing is made until you have signed off the design, and once your artwork is printed into the cloth the garment cannot go to anyone else.

Faulty, misprinted or simply not what you ordered? That is on us. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you, customised or not. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
